Four time Convicted FELON released from jail on UNSECURED BOND for Possession of a Firearm by a Felon…..

Magistrate Brandon Forbes (BTF) putting Convicted FELONS back on the streets of Charlotte without anybody held accountable.

Violent crime is up in Charlotte and Magistrate Brandon Forbes thinks that it is ok to put a convicted FELON on UNSECURED BONDS for another felony which also includes a gun:

FELONY POSSESSION OF FIREARM BY A FELON

Mr. Rasuul Hakeem Harrell has already been CONVICTED OF:

FELONY ROBBERY W/DANGEROUS WEAPON (conspiracy)

FELONY POSSESSING STOLEN GOODS

FELONY LARCENY OF MOTOR VEHICLE (stealing)

FELONY SPEED ELUDE ARREST/ATTEMPT/SEC

Per his above CONVICTIONS, it has already been proven that he will FLEE and ELUDE arrest…

So does Magistrate Brandon Forbes care about public safety and or the safety of law enforcement????
