Magistrate James Parker must not care about public safety at all???
4 time convicted FELON released on 30 FELONIES by PRETRIAL SERVICES, cut off his Electronic Monitor on November 18th and has now MURDERED a man (while doing the same crimes that he was released on).
ARRESTED for failure to appear in court on a FELONY and they just let him walk out of jail without anybody held accountable.
