Magistrate “JKC” is at it again, releasing dangerous FELONY offenders without anybody held accountable.

So this man has a concealed gun and it is also STOLEN and Magistrate JKC releases him on UNSECURED BONDS back on the streets of Charlotte.

If anyone knows who Magistrate JKC is, please let me know.

Crime rate is up, Murder rate is up and Magistrates and Judges releasing FELONY gun charges without anybody held accountable.

Public Safety is not a concern???
