FELONY Assault Serious Bodily Injury gets a UNSECURED BOND.
Fugitive runs to Florida then to Colorado and is caught and brought back to North Carolina by Bail Agents to the Mecklenburg County NC Jail, only to be set FREE on UNSECURED BONDS by the Judge.
