Released for the 2nd time in a couple months with a gun with nobody held accountable.

We understand a 16 year old getting caught and released to the Custody of a Parent or Guardian ONE TIME…. But, when you get the Custody release and then you do it again and the MAGISTRATE RELEASES YOU ON A CUSTODY RELEASE Again…..
