Magistrate Penny Lytle (PL), let this man go on UNSECURED BONDS for failing to appear in court on a VIOLENT FELONY.

Penny Lytle does not care about public safety at all? This man was charged and release on secured bonds and failed to appear in court. He had to be arrested again for the same charges and now gets a “pinky promise” to appear even after already proving that he will miss court……

TOTAL DISREGARD FOR PUBLIC SAFETY AND GETS RELEASED WITHOUT ANYBODY HELD ACCOUNTABLE ON THE TAXPAYERS DIME!!!!!

How about the person(s) that were broken in on and Terrorized and their property that got tore up??? Who cares??
